Concert-going Notices
1. Mobile phones must be switched off or muted. Photography is not permitted during the performance, it is allowed only during the encore.
2. Applause is not required between movements, but applause and cheers are appreciated at the end of the piece (when the conductor turns around).
3. No food, coloured drinks or alcoholic beverages are allowed (mineral water and thermos cups are not restricted though).
4. There is no formal dress code, but revealing, flip-flops or strange clothing should be avoided. Early autumn evenings are cooler and an extra coat is kindly recommended.
5. It is recommended that audience be seated half an hour in advance. Latecomers will have to wait for a break in a full piece before being seated.
6. Keep quiet and do not make noise to disturb others. Audience can not sit in the auditorium aisle. Do not to leave your seats during the performance. Do not to run or take pictures in the aisle. Do take care of the children.
7. Don't offer flowers at your will. If there are special circumstances that require you to offer flowers to performers in your name, please contact the staff beforehand and make arrangements as agreed.
8. It is strictly prohibited to bring illegal items such as unauthorized food, restricted knives, lighters, flagpoles, fireworks, pets,aerial vehicles, professional camcorders/cameras, selfie sticks on site.
9. Take care of the elderly and children when leaving the venue and exit in an orderly manner. Please take your belongings and leave no piece of rubbish, so that the theatre can return to tranquility and cleanliness soon.

Traffic Guidelines
1. To ensure smooth and orderly traffic during the performance, the section of “Xingjianting to Dongshantou” on Zijinshan Road will be closed from 18:00 to 23:00 every night from September 13th to September 17th . Parking along this route is prohibited.
2. For people who drive to the event, please park your vehicles at Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Parking Lot nearby. Traffic signs will be placed along Lingyuan Road, Bo’ai Road, Zijinshan Road, and major junctions such as the roundabout at Linggu Temple Scenic Area, with on-site personnel on duty providing guidance and assistance.
3. From 18:00 to 19:30 prior the concert each day, 4 shuttle buses will be deployed to pick up the audience at Muxuyuan Metro Station and drop off at Bo’ai Square in Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum. Nanjing Forest Music Festival ticket holders can use the shuttle service for free.
4. After the concert, shuttle buses will pick up the audience orderly at Bo’ai Square and drop off at Muxuyuan Metro Station.
