Ticketing Reminders
1.In case of severe weather, outdoor performances will be canceled, and refunds will be issued to ticket holders. For details, follow the “Nanjing Broadcasting System” WeChat official account.
2.Free shuttle service is available from Exit 1 of Xiaolingwei Station (Metro Line 2) to the venue from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM nightly. After the performance, free shuttles will take attendees to Muxuyuan Station (Metro Line 2).
3.Tickets are strictly limited to one ticket per attendee ID across all platforms. Each ID can purchase up to 6 tickets per day.
4.Attendees must present the original ID used for purchase for entry verification and security checks.
5.Do not use the same ID to purchase tickets for the same performance on multiple platforms. Any losses due to duplicate orders will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
6.Full-price tickets are required for children. Children must be accompanied by the guardians and present a ticket. If a child does not have a physical ID, guardians must complete electronic verification via QR code at designated areas.
7.Tickets can only be transferred once after purchase, up to 48 hours before the performance.
8.Re-entry is not permitted after admission.
